Yes! The Free plan is $0/month for the subscription. However, a credit card is required on file to purchase Enhanced Criminal Record Checks ($30 CAD each). You get unlimited volunteers and core safety check tracking features. Perfect for getting started with ClubGuardian.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What happens if I exceed my volunteer limit?
You'll be notified when approaching your limit and can upgrade your plan to accommodate more volunteers. The Free plan has unlimited volunteers!
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. All plans include onboarding support and training to get you started quickly.
How much do Enhanced Criminal Record Checks cost?
Enhanced Criminal Record Checks (E-PIC/CRJMC) can be purchased directly through ClubGuardian for $30 CAD per check. Simply request a check from any volunteer's profile, and we'll handle the entire process through our Triton integration. Payment is charged to your club's credit card on file.
